WHAT COOKIES ARE

This site uses cookies which are text files that are recorded on the User's terminal or that allow access to information on the User's terminal. Cookies allow information on visitor preferences to be stored, to verify the correct functioning of the Site, to improve the browsing experience, by expanding the functionality and personalizing the content of the pages based on the type of browser used, as well as to allow analysis of the usage of the Site by visitors.

LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING AND NATURE OF THE PROVISION

The data collected for the aforementioned purposes may also be processed by external subjects as independent Data Controller, or as Data Processors appointed in accordance with current legislation (depending on the role they play in relation to the data process): for example, from other companies of the group; companies that perform services connected and / or instrumental to navigation on the Site; public administrations; public entities, judicial authorities, police.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD

The site uses also third-party cookies with servers located outside the European Union.

USERS’ RIGHTS

In relation to the treatment described above, you can exercise your rights under the GDPR at any time (pursuant to Articles 15 to 22). In particular:

According to Article 15 - "Right of access by the data subject " you can access your personal data, obtaining evidence of the purposes pursued by the owner, the categories of data involved, the recipients to whom they can be communicated, the applicable retention period, the existence of automated decision-making processes, including profiling, and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and possible consequences for the data subject, unless already indicated in the text of this privacy notice. Please note that the right of access is subject to the limitations provided for in Section 34 BDSG.

According to Article 16 - "Right to rectification" you can obtain without delay the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you;

according to Article 17 - "Right to erasure" you can obtain, in the cases provided for by law, the deletion of data. Please note that the right to erasure is subject to the limitations provided for in Section 35 BDSG.

according to Article 18 - "Right to restriction of processing" you can obtain the limitation of the treatment or to object it, when admitted on the basis of the legal provisions applicable to the specific case;

according to Article 20 -" Right to data portability”, in the cases provided for by the law, you can request the portability of the data you have provided to the owner, i.e., to receive them in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device and also request to transmit this data to another holder, if technically feasible;

according to Articles 21, "Right to object," and 22, "Automated individual decision-making, including profiling," of the GDPR, you have the right to object, at any time and for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you and not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated decision-making processes, within the limits and under the conditions set out in Art. 12 GDPR. In addition to the exceptions set out in Article 22(2)(a) and (c) GDPR, the limitations provided for in Section 37 BDSG shall also apply.

According to Article 77 of the GDPR and Section 62 BDSG, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

In general, for the processing of personal data for which the legal basis is consent, you have the right to withdraw at any time.
