OPERATION AND DESCRIPTION
This is a 3-way, 2-position, poppet type, direct acting solenoid valve. When de-energized, the valve blocks flow from port 3 while allowing flow between port 1 and 2. When energized, the valve poppet blocks fow from port 1 while allowing flow between port 2 and 3. These valves come standard with a push pin manual override. This valve is ideal for low leakage requirements to hold a load in position.

This is a fast acting, differential area, poppet type relief valve that relieves from port 2 to 1. It can be used to protect an actuator from over-pressurization or to remove pressure spikes.

DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION ù
This is a pilot operated, spool type, normally closed, proportional relief valve. In the de-energized condition, the pressure setting will be at a maximum. As current is applied to the coil, the pressure setting of the valve will decrease proportionally. This valve is ideal for use in cooling circuits to regulate the speed of the fan.

DMDFMAN - 3-WAY - DMDFMAN - SUN Hydraulics
This solenoid-operated 3-way, 2-position cartridge is a direct-acting, balanced spool directional valve.

The accumulator sense, pump unload pilot valve is used to sense pressure in an accumulator at port 1 of the valve and when the pressure at port 1 reaches the valve setting, port 2 connects to port 3 to vent a relief valve and unload the pump. This valve has a 20% ratio between unload setting and reset; when pressure at port 1 falls below 80% of the valve setting, port 2 is blocked from port 3 and the pump will come back online to recharge the accumulator. This valve requires a separate check valve between port 1 and the pump. Another version of the accumulator sense, pump unload valve, QCDB, includes a free-flow check valve for pump flows under 12 gpm (50 L/min)

Ventable, bypass/restrictive, fixed-orifice, priority flow controls take an input flow at port 1 and use it to satisfy the priority flow at port 3. If the input flow exceeds the priority flow requirement, the excess is bypassed out port 2. The bypass flow may be used in a secondary circuit. A vent port (port 4) allows these valves to be controlled remotely.
