This is a 3-way, spool type, hydraulically piloted directional control valve with an internal drain. In the normal condition, port 3 is connected to port 4 with port 2 blocked. Pilot pressure at port 1 will cause the valve to shift, connecting port 3 to port 2 with port 4 blocked. During the cross-over transition all ports are blocked. Due to the internal hydraulic vent, the pilot pressure required shift the valve is dependent on the pressure in port 4, which would normally be connected to tank.

This needle valve with fine metering is a variable orifice used to create a pressure drop when flow passes from port 1 to 2 or port 2 to 1. Clockwise rotation of the adjustment screw decreases the flow setting until it is completely closed.

This is a hydraulically pilot operated spool valve, normally closed from port 2 to 3 with an atmospheric vent. When the pilot pressure on port 1 reaches the setting, the valve will begin to open port 2 to 3. This is deal for sensing pressure in a remote area of a circuit to sequence another operation.

DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
This is a pilot operated check valve with a separate drain. Free flow takes place from port 3 to 4 and is blocked from port 4 to 3 until pilot pressure is applied to port 1. Port 2 is drained to tank to remove any effect of pressure in port 3 affecting the pilot pressure required to keep the valve open.

This is a 3-way, 2-position, poppet type, direct acting solenoid valve. When de-energized, the valve blocks flow from port 3 while allowing flow between port 1 and 2. When energized, the valve poppet blocks flow from port 1 while allowing flow between port 2 and 3. These valves come standard with a push pin manual override. This valve is ideal for low leakage requirements to hold a load in position.

This is a hydraulically pilot operated spool valve where port 4 is closed and port 2 is open to port 3 in the neutral position. Pilot pressure is applied to port 1 and the spring chamber is referenced to atmosphere. When the pressure on port 1 reaches the setting, port 2 will begin to close and port 4 is opened to port 3. This valve can be used normally closed, normally open or as a diverter valve.

This is a pilot operated check valve where free flow takes place from port 2 to 3 and is blocked from port 3 to 2 until pilot pressure is applied to port 1.

This is a 2-way, 2-position, poppet type, direct acting, normally closed, bi-directional solenoid valve. In its de-energized condition, flow is blocked in both directions. Leakage in either direction is kept to a minimum due to the poppet design. When energized, flow can take place from port 2 to 1 and from 1 to 2. These valves come standard with a push pin manual override. These valves can be used to hold loads in position or interrupt a pressure line where flow is expected to pass in both directions in the de-energized condition. They do not suffer from momentary opening due to shock pressures.

In its energized condition, flow is blocked in both directions. The valve will be subject to normal spool leakage dependent on the pressure dfference between the ports. They come standard with a push pin manual override. These valves can be used to interrupt a pressure line where flow is expected to pass in both directions in the energized condition.

These valves can be used to interrupt a pressure line where flow is expected to pass in both directions in the de-energized condition.
